This is a standout opportunity for a Big 4 Transaction Services or Deals professional looking to make a genuine first move into industry — without losing exposure to high-impact, strategic work.

You’ll join a lean, high-performing global finance and corporate development function, working directly with senior finance leadership on live commercial decisions, investment activity and group-level performance.

This is not a traditional FP&A role.

It’s a position that blends financial analysis, deal exposure and strategic insight — offering the kind of breadth and visibility rarely available at this level.

The Opportunity Reporting to a senior global finance leader, you’ll operate across both FP&A and corporate development, supporting decision-making at an executive level across multiple regions.
You’ll be involved in:

• Group-level forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis
• Delivering insight-led management reporting (not just numbers)
• Supporting M&A, investment and corporate development activity
• Financial modelling and analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across finance and operations
• Responding to complex queries from global head office and investors
• Supporting technical accounting and external audit where required
• Building a deep understanding of the key drivers of value across the business

You’ll move beyond deal execution into a role where you can see the impact of decisions over time — while still staying close to transactions and strategy.

About You This role is designed for a high-calibre Big 4 candidate looking to step into a more commercial, forward-looking environment.
You’ll ideally bring:

• Background in Big 4 Transaction Services, Deals, Valuations or Audit
• CA / CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets
• Solid grounding in IFRS and financial reporting
• Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in how businesses create value
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
