Job Description Colliers Residential is seeking a Director of Residential to join our Newcastle office. We look to appoint a seasoned development site sales and project/land marketing professional that has expertise in strategy development, winning new business, client engagement and team leadership. You will lead each division including development site sales, project/ land marketing and general agency, alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to achieving outstanding sales targets and delivering exceptional results. You will thrive with exposure to top-tier developers, architects and marketing professionals. The Opportunity Play a key role in the NSW Residential Leadership team to develop and implement the Newcastle Residential Business Plan.Collaborate to develop and execute the New Business Strategy, including expanding client base and increasing market share.Oversee land and apartment projects, providing high level strategic project direction and client management, including pitching, listing and winning land & apartment projects.Assist in implementing the annual Client Engagement Plan.Recruit and lead a team of residential project marketing professionals to list, sell & manage residential developments. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: 10 + years in propertyNSW Real Estate LicenceExcellent Knowledge of Newcastle property market and/or off the plan project salesStrong understanding of the sales and contract administration processLead a residential sales team previouslyAvailability to work occasional weekends for project launches etc. Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
