Our valued State Government partner is seeking an experienced AO5 Leasing Manager to support the delivery of leasing projects and the provision of office accommodation across the Department’s property portfolio.

In this role, you will lead and support leasing activities that contribute to whole-of-government accommodation outcomes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation and delivery of leasing projects and manage a portfolio of leased and major leased buildings.
  • Contribute to planning and delivery of leased assets within the State Government property portfolio.
  • Provide high-quality lease management and commercial advice to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and systems to promote best-practice leased office accommodation procurement and management.
  • Apply relevant policies and strategies within allocated geographic or functional areas.
  • Provide timely, well-researched advice on market conditions and industry trends to support strategic planning.
  • Represent the Department in negotiations, inter-departmental meetings, and external forums.
  • Collect and analyse data and prepare briefing notes, information papers, executive correspondence, and reports.
  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting information.
About You

You will bring proven commercial leasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and high-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
