Retail Sales Consultant

FOCUS ON FURNITURE, one of Australia's fastest expanding Furniture and Bedding retailers has a position for an energetic and experienced Sales Consultant. We are a successful national business providing a friendly and exciting work environment with the power to reward its staff with an exceptional commission scheme.

We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team on a full time basis to drive and deliver success.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive sales

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Meet and exceed company targets

• Assist with daily store operations and housekeeping

• Establish and work as part of a collaborative team environment

• Efficiently and effectively handle customer service inquiries

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous retail sales experience

• Experience working with furniture and bedding advantageous but not necessary

• Experience working with sales targets

• Excellent  interpersonal & communication skills

• Good computer literacy

• High standards of in-store presentation

• Enjoy working in a team environment

• Must be available to work most weekends
