Property Development Paralegal

The Role

As a Property Development Paralegal, you will be supporting a Partner.  Duties include: 

* Prepare large OTP contracts
* Liaise with clients and other solicitors
* Manage PEXA settlements and settlement statements
* Handle general file management duties

About You

* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a conveyancing paralegal or OTP development paralegal
* Strong knowledge of PEXA processes
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume files
* Team player with strong communication skills

The Law Firm & Benefits

* A salary between $80K-$95K+ Super, depending on experience.
* WFH 1-2 days per week after training
