Experienced Site Supervisor - Residential & Commercial Projects

Topcon Builders is a long-established and reputable building company based in Cairns. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee projects across Cairns, surrounding areas and Lizard Island.

This role suits a motivated supervisor who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage multiple trades, and understands how to keep projects running efficiently and safely.

Our work includes insurance repairs, renovations, and commercial and residential fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Maintain site safety and compliance
• Coordinate materials, schedules and site activities
• Liaise with management, clients and trades
• Ensure quality control and attention to detail on all projects

Requirements

• Trade qualification in Carpentry
• Current Driver’s Licence, QBCC Licence & White Card
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple trades
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proven site supervision experience preferred
