This role sits at the intersection of people, operations and site performance.
 
You'll ensure teams have the right people, resources and operational support in place to successfully deliver a growing portfolio of clinical trials.
 
Leading experienced managers across a large clinical research operation, you'll oversee the functions that keep studies running smoothly while supporting strong participant experiences and operational performance.
 
Partnering closely with the Site Medical Lead and senior stakeholders, you'll contribute to decisions that shape team performance, resource planning and site success.
