Community Facilities Maintenance is a service provider for the City’s Asset managers providing all types of maintenance activities and minor installations when requested.
The Urban Precincts teams provide detailed City Cleaning, Horticultural, and minor maintenance services to Broadwater Parklands, Village Heart, HOTA, and Robina Green Heart to ensure that the public is ready to use the facilities within the precincts.
About The RoleIn these positions you will form part of a work team providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your duties and contribute toward creating a positive visitor experience for park clients.
We are seeking reliable people who possess a broad range of practical skills and experiences to maintain and upkeep all areas within the precinct. You will be a friendly, approachable, well presented, and a proactive team player that takes pride in your work.
You will be responsible for a range of duties including Horticulture and general cleaning when required. The roster for this role is Monday to Friday.
