About the role

We are looking for a great Operations Coordinator (Group Coordinator level) with a dynamic and positive "can do" mindset to join our energetic Service Delivery Company, to work closely with Service Delivery leaders in the business to ensure they are supported to follow and apply all business systems and processes correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to schedule and forecast services for multiple Service Delivery teams working with Service Delivery Section Leaders across all service categories.
Proficient at maintaining large registers of data for the range of day to day business operations.
Great attention to detail to check and correct data errors, and to assist Section and Team leaders to complete correctly.
Ability to close out service completion confirmations, ensure services are invoiced correctly and future services are properly scheduled.
Coordinate the ordering of consumables, equipment and supplies to ensure teams have available sufficient stock to deliver great service in a cost economical way.
Support the upkeep of the vehicle fleet, and the warehouse to ensure a productive and functioning operation.
Ensure a strong focus on Customer Experience by supporting great communication, and contribute to fast and thorough complaint resolution on occurrence.
Capacity to draft, maintain and enact SOPs for Service Delivery functions across the group.
Support the design of training packages for Service Delivery roles in the group.
Have an acute ability to follow systems and procedures correctly and set the example for other coordinators in the business.

WHS knowledge and experience to support and maintain key delivery output requirements across the business

Trades / services, commercial, strata or government program accounts experience is desirable.

Proven experience in a scheduling, forecasting and operations role.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in scheduling and operations is required.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software, bonus if it Smartsheets.
A proven commitment to safety in the workplace.
An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties.
Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certificate or Diploma qualification is required.
Must have Australian work rights.
