Yard Operations Leading Hand

- You will help coordinate daily yard, warehouse, and manufacturing operations. This includes supporting the team, maintaining safety standards, and keeping workflow on track.

- Lead and support daily yard/warehouse/manufacturing tasks

- Organise and coordinate team workloads

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

- Assist with manual handling, loading/unloading, and equipment operation

- Work with management to meet targets and adjust to changing demands

Preferred Requirements:

- Physically fit and capable of manual labour

- Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of safe work practices

- Driver’s licence (essential)

- Forklift licence (preferred but not mandatory)

- Reliable, organised, and adaptable

- Able to work well under pressure and manage changing priorities
