Position Overview: In the highly competitive solar and battery market, effective customer acquisition relies on disciplined media execution, accurate tracking, and continuous optimisation of digital marketing channels.

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of digital acquisition campaigns across paid media platforms including Google Ads and Meta.

Working within the strategic framework set by the Performance Marketing Manager, this role focuses on hands‑on execution to ensure efficient, high‑quality lead generation aligned with commercial priorities and operational capacity.

You will collaborate closely with the Digital Designer to optimise creative assets, landing pages, and campaign structures, and with the IT team to ensure robust tracking, attribution accuracy, and data integrity across platforms and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution

  • Manage daily Google Ads, Meta, and other paid campaigns.

  • Implement campaign structures and maintain budget pacing.

  • Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and performance metrics.

Campaign Optimisation

  • Optimise CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.

  • Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.

  • Recommend improvements and support campaign shifts as needed.

Tracking & Data Integrity

  • Maintain UTM and click‑ID tracking.

  • Validate data across ad platforms, analytics systems, and CRM.

  • Resolve tracking or attribution issues with IT.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Consolidate key metrics and surface trends.

  • Provide insights to guide campaign and budget decisions.

Lead Generation Strategy

  • Identify structural improvement opportunities.

  • Develop data‑driven solutions and lead approved initiatives.

  • Monitor market conditions to inform strategy updates.

Work experience & skills
  • Solar and/or Battery industry experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing paid digital acquisition campaigns

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management

  • Experience implementing campaign tracking structures including UTMs and click IDs

  • Experience working with analytics platforms and CRM reporting environments

  • Strong understanding of high-consideration B2C lead generation funnels

  • Proven ability to optimise campaigns based on performance data
