About the role

Due to current spike in work InterCentral is looking for a full-time Forklift operator/pick packer based in Berrinba, Brisbane. The role is diverse and no one day is the same.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Operating high reach forklift and counterbalance.

• Unpacking of containers both manual and via forklift.

• Put away freight in racks and bulk storage area.

• Pick sales orders and prepare the orders for outbound dispatch.

• Monitor work to ensure all work performed is carried out in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the OH&S Policies and Procedures

• Keep warehouse clean and tidy.

• Unload / load trucks.

Skills and Experience

• High Reach and counterbalance forklift experience a must.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and have attention to detail.

• Ability to lift cartons between 10-15 kgs

• Physically fit to get on and off a forklift several times a day to pick, palletise and shrink wrap pallets.

• Ability to work within a team

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
