About The Role
Responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership, redesign, and ongoing management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Accounting with our offshore partners within a centralised shared services model. Act as the primary liaison between shared services and business units, ensuring effective communication and prompt issue resolution. Lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function with a strong focus on data quality, reporting, and insight to support responsible decision‑making. Lead the process, procedure and system uplift for AP and AR at ARN Partners closely with the business to identify issues, analyse root causes, and drive process improvements, enabling more efficient, well‑controlled, and optimised end‑to‑end AP and AR processes. Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are achieved, by overseeing the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices & payments. Additionally, manage customer invoicing, collections, and credit control processes. Ensure accurate, complete and timely financial outputs to support statutory and management reporting. Deliver KPI, SLA and service performance reporting with clear insights, escalation of issues, in addition to reporting on period‑end close readiness, balance sheet substantiation and journal quality. Develop and uplift policy and procedures to ensure business-wide compliance Develop finance operational dashboard and reporting to improve visibility and drive change
About You
A minimum of 8 years of accounting experience, coupled with either an associate degree in a related field , or CPA or CA. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and effectively lead a remote workforce.Proven ability to apply accounting judgement in an operational, shared services environment. Committed to continuous improvement and process excellence Demonstrated strength in the ability to hold both internal and external stakeholders accountable to key metrics and agreed processes whilst being commercially minded and adaptable in approach.
