Operations Manager (Multi Site)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimise daily operations across multiple facilities within Victoria. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong performance in manufacturing, production, maintenance, and supply operations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The Role:

As the Multi‑Site Operations Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations across several manufacturing sites to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and maintain high quality standards.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and a high‑performance culture.
• Set, monitor, and review site performance goals to support achievement and ongoing development.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and standardise best‑practice procedures.
• Manage operational budgets, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency.
• Utilise data‑driven insights to monitor performance, control costs, and optimise outcomes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in implementing lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and cost optimisation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
