As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will work closely with management to identify market opportunities, oversee promotional activities, and ensure effective sales operations.

Task & responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies in consultation with management to support business objectives and growth.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities, including market research, advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, pricing strategies, and sales programs.
  • Manage sales operations by establishing product offerings, target markets, customer service standards, and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate merchandising and distribution activities through collaboration with sales representatives, suppliers, agents, and distributors.
  • Monitor and manage pricing structures, sales processes, and commercial arrangements to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee customer service functions, invoicing processes, payment activities, and administrative expenses to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Analyse sales and marketing performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and product offerings.
  • Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Support related operational activities, including logistics, distribution, and coordination with external stakeholders where required.

Qualification & experience

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, customer engagement, and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Sound organisational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms is desirable.
