About The Role We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team, embedded full-time within a leading independent school in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is motivated, personable and enjoys working as part of a team, while also being confident managing tasks independently. As a key on-the-ground support role, you’ll work closely with both the client and imageseven team to assist in delivering a wide range of marketing and communications activities. You’ll Be Responsible For Supporting the delivery of marketing and communications initiativesCoordinating small to medium projects, publications and campaignsScheduling and managing social media contentAssisting with communications for the school’s primary audienceSupporting the management of client enquiries, ensuring responses are timely and professionalBuilding positive working relationships with stakeholders across the school and imageseven teamContributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a client-facing officeManaging administrative tasks including reporting, time tracking and project updates This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, offering the opportunity to build strong foundational skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. About You You’re organised, proactive and eager to grow your career in marketing and communications.
