We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth, visibility and market positioning of ABU Care Services. The role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting business growth through effective brand, digital and community engagement initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting the organisation’s services, strengthening brand awareness, analysing market trends, and advising management on marketing activities that support client engagement and organisational growth.

Task & responsibilities

The Successful candidate should have:

  • Researching market trends, client needs, competitor activity and potential demand for ABU Care Services’ existing and future services.
  • Identifying market opportunities and recommending strategies to improve brand awareness, client engagement and business growth.
  • Developing, coordinating and implementing marketing plans, campaigns and promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
  • Advising management on marketing strategies, service positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and communication channels.
  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, email campaigns, paid advertising and lead generation activities.
  • Preparing marketing objectives, policies, programs and campaign plans to support organisational growth.
  • Creating and managing content for social media, website updates, brochures, newsletters, advertisements and other promotional materials.
  • Analysing marketing data, campaign performance, client enquiries and engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinating community engagement activities, promotional events, partnerships and stakeholder communication initiatives.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all internal and external marketing communications.
  • Liaising with internal teams, management, external suppliers and community partners to deliver marketing projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Preparing reports and presentations on marketing outcomes, market insights and campaign performance.

Qualification & experience

The successful candidate must have:

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, campaign management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Experience conducting market research, analysing data and identifying market opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media management, website content, email marketing and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in the care, disability, healthcare, community services or NDIS sector will be highly regarded.
