Marketing Specialist

Killara Co Australia (Scientia Pty Ltd ) require a full time Marketing Specialist.

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies to support business growth across Australian and international markets. The role focuses on market research, consumer analysis, brand development, digital marketing and campaign performance monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities

•    Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and consumer behaviour to identify business and marketing opportunities.

•    Conduct market research relating to multicultural communities and specific Asian cultural funeral needs to support product and service development.

•    Develop, implement and review marketing strategies, promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

•    Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through the analysis of campaign performance, customer engagement and key performance metrics.

•    Manage and optimise the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms and online marketing channels.

•    Plan, coordinate and monitor digital advertising campaigns, including search engine and social media marketing activities.

•    Develop marketing content and communication materials that align with brand objectives and target market requirements.

•    Prepare marketing reports, presentations and recommendations to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

•    Liaise with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to obtain market feedback and strengthen business relationships.

•    Assist with marketing budget planning and monitor expenditure to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Degree and at least 1 year relevant experience.
