Market Research and Opportunity Identification

Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing residential building services (custom design, townhouse development, quote & build).
Analyse customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends across the housing and construction sector.
Advise the company on emerging market segments, customer preferences, and potential geographic expansion.

Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop, coordinate, and implement plans for pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels for Azure Homes’ services.
Advise on all elements of the marketing mix: product mix (home designs), pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, selling approaches, and distribution (client acquisition channels).
Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.

Client Outreach and Sales Team Support

Reach out to potential clients, clearly communicate the benefits of Azure Homes’ services (custom designs, transparent quoting, townhouse development), and convert leads into consultations.
Provide training to the sales team on marketing strategies, value propositions, objection handling, and client engagement techniques.
Advise company leadership on the best strategies to acquire the maximum number of qualified clients, including digital marketing, partnerships, and referral programs.

Promotion and Brand Management

Plan and oversee promotional campaigns (online, print, social media, and industry events) to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics based on data and market feedback.
Oversee basic office administration including scheduling, client record maintenance, and coordination between sales and construction teams.
Ensure smooth daily office operations, supply inventory, and support for marketing and sales documentation.
Act as a central point for internal communication to keep client and project data organised.
