As Sales Director ANZ, you will play a key role in accelerating Jedox’s growth across
Australia and New Zealand. As part of the broader APAC team, this is a senior, customerfacing
sales leadership role focused on winning new enterprise customers and
expanding strategic relationships. You are a builder by nature—energized by growth,
complex sales cycles, and creating long-term customer value through consultative,
solution-oriented selling.
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the ANZ sales motion, accountable for
growing net new ACV and expanding ARR with existing customers. You will collaborate
closely with partners and internal teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end sales
experience while consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
Drive revenue growth in ANZ: Own and grow Jedox ACV and ARR across
Australia and New Zealand through new customer acquisition and account
expansion.
Develop enterprise sales strategies: Build and execute strategic prospecting
and sales plans to close complex, high-value enterprise deals.
Engage C-level stakeholders: Inspire prospects with a compelling vision for
digitized planning, forecasting, and integrated business planning.
Manage complex sales cycles: Identify, qualify, develop, and close
opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long decision processes.
Collaborate across OneTeam: Work closely with Partners, Alliances, Solution
Advisory, Customer Success, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure customer
success.
Forecast with accuracy: Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly pipeline
forecasts, ensuring transparency and predictability.
Represent Jedox values: Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating integrity,
customer focus, and a high-performance sales mindset.
Your Profile
You are a high-performing, enterprise-focused sales professional with a strong track
record in SaaS and complex solution selling. You combine strategic thinking with handson
execution and thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally selling into FP&A or S&OP functions
Experience with Enterprise Performance Management is a strong plus;
alternatively, background in analytics, data, or ERP software
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas in complex, enterprise
sales environments
Strong capability in managing long and complex sales cycles
Solid understanding of solution-selling methodologies
Formal complex sales training (e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger)
