  • Planning, developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email and events
  • Advising leadership and stakeholders on marketing strategies, campaign planning and initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and support business objectives
  • Developing marketing objectives, policies and programs aligned with organisational goals
  • Advising on market positioning, service offerings, pricing considerations, promotional activities and distribution channels to maximise marketing effectiveness
  • Managing the production of marketing collateral including photography, videography, copywriting, graphic design, advertising assets and branded communications
  • Coordinating campaign delivery, media placement and creative production within budget and time constraints
  • Undertaking and coordinating market research projects to identify customer needs, market opportunities, emerging trends and competitive advantages
  • Researching and identifying market characteristics, customer behaviour and potential demand to support strategic business decisions and future growth initiatives
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting campaign, market and consumer data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports and presenting strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Managing paid advertising campaigns and evaluating return on investment across multiple channels
  • Developing, scheduling and publishing content across websites, social media platforms and email marketing channels
  • Monitoring website performance and recommending content improvements to enhance search engine visibility, user engagement and digital performance
  • Supporting business development initiatives, community partnerships, brand activations and lead generation opportunities

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across our sales and property management divisions. This is a diverse role combining creativity, commercial thinking and data-driven decision making, suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.

Annual Salary: 120,000 Plus superannuation

Permanent Full-Time (38 hours a week)

About the Role

Working closely with our leadership team, agents and external partners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that support business growth, strengthen brand presence and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

About You

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong creative execution and have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

  • A certification (Certificate 3,4 or Diploma) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline desired, or equivalent experience in the absence of qualification
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience or more
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, content strategy and brand development
  • Experience undertaking market research, analysing consumer behaviour and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide commercially focused recommendations
  • Excellent written communication, copywriting and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience coordinating creative projects including photography, videography, design and advertising production
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills and project management capability
  • Experience with marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms and digital marketing tools will be highly regarded
