At Redsbaby, we design thoughtfully engineered baby products that support families through one of the most important stages of life. From product design to marketing, customer care and operations, our team works closely together to bring every product and campaign to life. 

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to join our marketing team and help deliver campaigns across email, website and CRM channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys executing campaigns, working across teams and seeing their work come to life across multiple markets. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, creative, eCommerce, organic social media and operations to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly across our digital channels.

What you’ll do

  • Manage lifecycle email marketing and automation using Klaviyo

  • Build and deploy campaign emails including segmentation and testing

  • Own the promotional and campaign calendar

  • Coordinate campaign execution across creative, product and operations teams

  • Implement content across Redsbaby’s websites using Sanity CMS

  • Update homepage campaigns, landing pages, category and product page content

  • Ensure campaigns and website updates are rolled out across AU, NZ and EMEA sites

  • Support CRM growth initiatives including review campaigns and referral programs

About you

  • 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM or eCommerce marketing

  • Strong experience with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo

  • Comfortable managing website content through a CMS

  • Highly organised and confident coordinating multiple campaigns at once

  • You take pride in exceptional execution and care about the quality and detail of your work

  • You enjoy working collaboratively and taking ownership of outcomes

  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand is highly regarded.
