What We Are Looking For Key Responsibilities· Drive R&D projects across priority areas:· Biomedical Science, Physics, AI, Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Imaging, New · · · Energy Batteries, Autonomous Driving, Industrial Software, Drones, Automation, Rail Transit, · · · ·Geographic Information Surveying, Mechanical Manufacturing.· Deliver technical insights, experimental design, and problem-solving to advance project milestones.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (remotely) to align research with commercial applications.· Contribute to patentable innovations and technology transfer strategies. Ideal Profile· PhD in a Science/Engineering discipline (specializations matching the above fields).· ≥3 years of post-PhD experience in your field (industry, academia, or R&D institutions).· Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project timelines.· Expertise in at least one core technology area (e.g., AI algorithms, Battery R&D, Autonomous Systems).
