Ideal Profile· PhD in a Science/Engineering discipline (specializations matching the above fields).· ≥3 years of post-PhD experience in your field (industry, academia, or R&D institutions).· Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage project timelines.· Expertise in at least one core technology area (e.g., AI algorithms, Battery R&D, Autonomous Systems).
