Overview

We are looking for a detail‑driven Communications Coordinator to help manage the smooth delivery of communications for fund members. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to make sure everything is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate external communications for fund members utilising guidelines for brand and provided communications
  • Keep key operational information up to date, including business rules and details
  • Partner with external suppliers and vendors to ensure communications are issued in a timely manner
  • Work with external suppliers to create and update communications, including reviewing artwork, checking test files and managing approvals. 
  • Partner with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure branding updates are maintained
  • Deliver reporting on any matters for internal stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and gaps in how we manage external communications

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Experience working in a high‑volume communications role with financial services as a major advantage
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for financial services communications obligations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external vendors.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide guidance to others.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and problem‑solving capability.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
