Marketing Specialist

About the position

The Marketing Specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies to generate qualified residential and commercial leads for natural stone restoration and surface protection services across Sydney. The role involves managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, conducting market and competitor research/analysis and monitoring campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment. The position also includes managing website content and SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility, preparing marketing reports, and coordinating marketing activities and enquiry processes to support lead conversion and business growth.

Main Tasks (not limited to):

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate residential and commercial leads for natural stone restoration and protection services.
• Plan, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms to increase brand visibility and customer enquiries.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and keyword research to identify customer demand, target markets and service opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and adjust advertising strategies, messaging and budgets to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
• Manage website content, SEO strategies, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns to improve online visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and provide recommendations to management on advertising budgets, marketing investment and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing activities and lead management processes to support enquiry handling, lead conversion and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or at least five years of relevant professional marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaign performance.
• Reliable, organised, and professional with strong communication skills.
