As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help drive our brand's online presence and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for implementing digital campaigns across social media, email, and more for Workinitiatives’ and Partner brands.

Task & responsibilities

Organic & Paid Social Media

Manage and grow social media platforms across organic channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Launch and optimise paid social campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our own brand and partner collaborations
Community management across all social channels

Content Creation

Collaborate with graphic designer and content writer to deliver engaging assets
Maintain brand consistency and ensure messaging reflects key initiatives and audience for maximum impact
Support on photoshoots to ensure the content is digital-first and engaging

Content Planning

Create and manage detailed marketing content calendar across all digital touchpoints
Ensure the wider team are across timings and are supporting with execution where necessary

CRM

Manage the comms plan for our database, ensuring key and relevant messages are commuted to our audience cohorts
Create sales trigger email campaigns to increase our prospective partner pipeline database

Reporting

Define accurate industry benchmarks to ensure consistent and relevant performance comparisons
Monitor performance metrics for all digital campaign activity including reach, engagement, and conversions
Continually review and adjust activity to inform ongoing optimisation and growth

Qualification & experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with web analytics tools
