We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth.

Task & responsibilities

• Conducting market research to analyse customer demand for residential, commercial and interstate removal services, and assessing competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Fox Removals’ brand presence and increase customer acquisition across local and interstate markets
• Planning and executing advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
• Managing digital marketing activities including website optimisation, SEO, SEM, and social media strategy.
• Advising management on service pricing, promotional offers, brand positioning and customer retention strategies to maintain competiveness within the removals sector
• Monitoring return on investment (ROI) across marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies to maximise revenue growth and business expansion

Qualification & experience

At least two years of relevant professional experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a closely related role. 

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. 

Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, all main social media platforms
