Marketing Specialist

Urban Core is a growing construction company delivering fit-out and new build projects across Australia. We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, support business development, and drive strategic marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance design, coordination and strategy in a fast-paced project environment.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and project pipeline.
• Reproduce high quality branded presentations, capability statements, submissions support material and other marketing collateral. 
• Develop compelling brand messaging and value propositions.
• Create, schedule and manage content across website, social media and email campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic, digital analytics and SEO performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Coordinate project photography, drone videography, signage and visual asset management.
• Support advertising campaigns and targeted marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify growth opportunities. 
• Coordinate client events, industry functions and corporate gifting.
• Assist with internal communications including newsletters, intranet content, company events. 
• Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external documentation. 

Qualification & experience

About You

• 1-3 years experience with a similar Marketing or Brand centered role
• Experience within the construction or property industry preferred
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously 
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
