About the RoleReporting to the GM of Operations and Procurement, this role is responsible for ensuring product supply, managing supplier relationships, and driving effective procurement outcomes across the business.You will oversee purchasing, demand planning, and logistics coordination while leading a small team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage purchasing to ensure consistent product availabilityBuild and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best commercial outcomesInternal stakeholder management – Sales & marketing, Quality, OperationsMonitor demand, forecast requirements, and manage inventory levelsCoordinate logistics and resolve supply issuesAnalyse performance, costs, and trends to support decision-makingLead and develop a Procurement CoordinatorEnsure compliance with company policies and processesAbout You3–5+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chainStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in forecasting and planningAbility to operate in a fast-paced, responsive environmentLeadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership roleKnowledge of import/export, logistics, international freight, and supply coordination (experience in Latin American or Ecuadorian supply markets highly regarded)Experience managing end-to-end procurement processesHighly regarded:Experience with international sourcing or logisticsRelevant tertiary qualificationSpanish language skillsWhy Join Hasfarm Australia?Be part of a globally recognised industry leaderWork in a fast-paced, high-impact leadership roleJoin a collaborative and supportive team culture
