Synergie Australia is seeking an HR Driver to join a leading transport and logistics company located in Mackay.

The important parts:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• $42.00 per hour + casual loading + applicable penalties
• Excellent work-life balance – be home every night
• Immediate start available for the right candidate

What you will be required to do:

As an HR Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

• Operate HR or higher-class vehicles to complete scheduled freight deliveries and pickups
• Perform multi-drop deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate documentation
• Safely transport freight in accordance with company procedures and road safety regulations
• Conduct daily vehicle pre-start checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements

To be successful in the role you will:

• Hold a current HR Licence or higher
• Be able to obtain or provide a current Police Check
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Have previous driving and freight handling experience (highly regarded)
• Have working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
