About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our Procurement function in a full‑time capacity.
In this dynamic and fast‑paced environment, your responsibilities will include:
Executing inventory strategies to balance service levels, cost, and working capital
Managing stock levels, inventory positioning, and product flow across the network
Overseeing inbound freight, container movements, and purchase order execution
Maintaining visibility across the inventory pipeline and open purchase orders
Identifying and reducing excess, obsolete, and inefficient stock movements
Leading and developing the Purchasing & Administration team
Partnering with Finance on reporting, valuation, and cost performance
Collaborating with Warehouse teams to improve stock flow and network efficiency
Implementing governance, controls, and process improvements across inventory functions
You will thrive in this role if you:
Have 5+ years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or logistics
Have strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
Can manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Have experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
Hold tertiary qualifications in supply chain, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
You’ll stand out if you also have:
Previous experience leading or mentoring staff
Exposure to distribution, automotive, or industrial environments
CIPS qualification (or working towards)
