Your excellent language skills will provide you with an opportunity to speak to our customers and KNAPP colleagues across the globe. If you love gathering, filtering, and sharing information, working with various tools and programs and being the first point of contact for our customers for any reported incidents, you will excel in this role.
In this role, you are responsible for live interpretation/live communication between our customers in their respective languages (German in your case) and our ServiceDesk team in English to provide timely and excellent support.
The working hours for this role will change between 6 am – 2 pm (AEST winter), 7 am – 3 pm (daylight savings interval) and 8 am – 4 pm (AEST Summer), depending on daylight savings and time differences to Europe.
