We are seeking an experienced and reliable Storeperson to join our friendly team located at Acacia Ridge. The role is Full Time, working days are Monday to Friday with the shift times of - 10:00am - 6:00pm

The Storeperson will be required to carry out all of the duties associated within the Inventory Department including but not limited to, stock counts, QA checks, receiving, checking, replenishment, inventory and distributing of customer orders ready for guaranteed next day delivery, as well as aby adhoc warehouse duties like picking, packing. Labelling as per Company policy. Employees are also required to carry out other duties reasonably required by the Company that the employee is skilled and capable of performing

Key Responsibilities
  • Ideally, experience working in a fast-moving warehouse environment,including:
    • Pick Pack
    • QA Checks
    • Receiving Stock
    • Pallet Put-away
    • Loading and unloading of palletised Inbound and Outbound Freight
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor warehouse inventory flow, and implement best‑practice procedures to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
  • Develop inventory benchmarks, analyse capacity, support replenishment across distribution centres, and implement corrective/preventative actions to improve accuracy and reduce excess stock.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on inventory trends and variances to support operational and logistics decision‑making.
  • Plan and execute cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform audits, and ensure data integrity through accurate reconciliations and root‑cause analysis.
  • Identify and resolve process/system issues, drive continuous improvement across inventory operations, collaborate with stakeholders, and champion safety and compliance standards.

  • A strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of warehouse OHS requirements are essential
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and good work ethic
  • Basic Computer Skills including data entry – desirable but not necessary
  • Current Forklift Licence with High Reach experience preferred but not required
