Oversee daily cheese production and participate in hands-on cheesemaking
Ensure compliance with FSANZ, NSW Food Authority, and HACCP requirements
Monitor milk quality, production processes, maturation, and finished products
Conduct quality checks, maintain records, and manage traceability
Address non-conformances and implement corrective actions
Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
