As the rain takes a breather and the crocs return to their regular hangouts, Darwin is gearing up for the long‑awaited dry season. With work ramping back up, we’re opening Expressions of Interest for experienced HR Drivers looking for steady, ongoing roles with a respected NT employer.

Our client is a long‑established, family‑owned organisation that has played a major role in transport, civil construction, and infrastructure projects right across Northern Australia. With a modern fleet, advanced machinery, and operations throughout regional and remote locations, they’re known for delivering reliable, efficient, and high‑quality outcomes. About the Roles:

• Positions are available across multiple sites.
• Multiple roles are available for the following operators:
  • Loader and Sales Loader Operators
  • Roller Operators
  • Excavator Operators – both GPS and Non-GPS
  • Grader Operators – Both GPS and Non-GPS
• Consistent local work – home every night
• Long‑term opportunities for the right candidates
• Monday to Friday roster, with occasional Saturday work during peak periods
• Ideal for drivers committed to ongoing, long‑term employment

About You:

• You will have proven prior operating experience
• RII Machine tickets
• White card and Drivers licence
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screening
• Clear Police check required for some projects
