The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Part-Time/Casual) to support the movement of our Maverick technology across Australia and globally.

This is a junior role ideal for someone early in their logistics or supply chain career who wants exposure to international logistics operations in a fast-growing renewable energy company.

You’ll work closely with experienced logistics specialists, gaining hands-on experience across sea, air and land freight operations, while helping ensure our solar technology reaches project sites smoothly and on schedule.

This role is 3 days per week and will cover a paternity leave period, offering an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build your logistics career in a global clean tech business.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating inbound and outbound freight operations across sea, air, and land
Managing logistics requests and shipment tickets in our ERP system
Communicating with 3PL providers, suppliers, and project teams
Supporting the movement of 5B Maverick units and components to project sites
Tracking vessel schedules, shipment progress, and material flow
Assisting with freight tendering and logistics cost tracking
Maintaining freight pricing lists and logistics data
Supporting the broader logistics and supply chain team with daily operations

About You

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Or currently completing an undergraduate degree

Experience:

Postgrad or Undergrad in Supply Chain with a tight understanding of Freight and Logistics challenges
OR Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a logistics operation role

Key Skills:

Understanding of INCOTERMS and international freight processes
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
A team player with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willing to challenge the status quo and think differently
