About the Role
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators, Mail Sorting, Handline and Pick Packing Staff to join busy printing, mail house and production environments across multiple sites in South East Melbourne.
Our clients support large-scale mail campaigns, printed materials, product fulfilment, and secure card production. Work may include machine operation, mail sorting, handline processing, collation, sequencing, and pick packing, depending on the department and site.
Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment and flexible to assist across different areas as required.

Departments You May Work In
Machine Operation

• Operating and monitoring automated production or mailroom machinery
• Assisting with machine setup and adjustments

Mail Sorting / Handline

• Sorting, checking, and preparing mail for dispatch
• Manual handling tasks including hand inserting, folding, and packing

Collation & Sequencing

• Collating printed materials and promotional items
• Sequencing and verifying numbered products where required

Pick Packing / Fulfilment

• Picking and packing orders or campaign materials
• Preparing items for distribution and shipment

End-of-Line Production

• Final quality checks and verification
• Packaging, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring automated machines (training provided)
• Sorting, collation, and handline processing of printed materials or products
• Performing quality checks and packaging
• Pick packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Recording production data using basic computer systems (Excel preferred)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in machine operation, mail house, printing, warehousing, or production environments
• Strong attention to detail, particularly with sequencing and quality checks
• Ability to work across multiple departments and tasks
• Basic computer skills (Excel preferred)
• Reliable with good communication skills
• Physically fit - able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
