About the Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support export operations. This role is responsible for coordinating international shipments, preparing export documentation, and ensuring goods are transported efficiently and compliantly. You will work closely with customers, freight providers, and internal teams to manage export logistics while maintaining high levels of service and accuracy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

  • Assist with freight tenders and competitive freight requests

  • Monitor tariffs and trade requirements that may impact shipments

  • Liaise with customers and overseas offices to coordinate export shipments (courier, air, FCL, LCL, OOG)

  • Provide timely updates on shipment status and respond to customer enquiries

  • Process shipment information through SAP and internal systems

  • Ensure goods are packed appropriately for international transport

  • Review Transaction Screening Forms (TSF) and confirm export compliance requirement

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping

  • Strong understanding of export documentation and shipment coordination

  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience using SAP or logistics management systems highly regarded

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Forklift license advantageous
