About the Role
Star Phones is looking for an organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to manage purchasing and inventory for our mobile phone retail and repair business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Placing orders for mobile phones, accessories, and store supplies
  • Placing orders for mobile repair parts and components
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely re-ordering
  • Conducting regular stock takes for phones, accessories, and repair parts
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and inventory records
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and pricing
  • Handling supplier enquiries and resolving order issues
  • Assisting with customer complaints related to orders when required
  • Supporting general administrative and purchasing tasks

Requirements

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and office systems)
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
  • Previous purchasing, inventory, retail, or admin experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
