Freedom Fresh Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Organisation and Methods Analyst to study and improve organisational methods, systems and procedures across our manufacturing, packing, warehousing, order-to-cash and distribution operations to lift efficiency, accuracy, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key duties and responsibilities

Analyse and evaluate current organisational systems, workflows and structures across production, inventory, order management, billing and reporting; identify gaps, bottlenecks and control risks.
Consult with stakeholders at all levels, observe work practices, and document “as-is” processes (process maps, SOPs, work, job functions).
Develop practical “to-be” improvements (procedure redesign, workflow changes, role clarity, standardised templates, reporting packs, governance controls) and prepare business cases and recommendations, assess administrative/clerical and operational procedures, recommend measurable efficiency and quality improvements.
Support changes, update procedure manuals, train users, monitor adoption, and review compliance to standards.
Build performance dashboards and reporting (e.g., Excel/Power BI) to monitor order accuracy, billing quality, inventory integrity, dispatch performance, waste/variance drivers.
Partner with Finance/Operations to strengthen revenue/COGS process controls, and continuous improvement cadence.

Skills, qualifications and experience

Essential
- Background in Commerce, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in process analysis / operations analytics / commercial operations / finance operations within a structured business environment. (The ideal background includes order-to-billing, reconciliations, workflow improvement and reporting.)
- Demonstrated capability in process mapping, documentation (SOPs/work instructions), root-cause analysis and improvements.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience building reports/dashboards (Power BI desirable).
- Experience with ERP/business systems and strong attention to data accuracy and controls.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and clear written communication.
Desirable
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, warehousing/distribution and supply chains.
- Exposure to quality/compliance systems, internal audit, or continuous improvement
