This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join a leading and supremely accomplished real estate business in the Hills District.

Castle Hill’s #1 Sales Agency, Ray White Castle Hill, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our award-winning team.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced property manager who is proactive, tech-savvy and diligent, with a meticulous eye for detail. You will have the ability to prioritise and multi-task, whilst keeping our clients at the forefront of everything you do. We are looking for someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team and is keen to get involved in compliance management and process improvement initiatives to take your career to the next level.

For this position, duties and responsibilities will include:

Preparing and performing open homes
Reviewing and qualifying tenant applications
Undertaking property inspections and preparation of condition reports
Routine, periodic, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Liaising with landlords, tenants, strata and trades-people
Organising repairs and maintenance

Our preferred candidate will possess:

● Valid driver’s license and reliable car for transportation

● Real Estate Certificate of Registration

● Punctuality and strong work ethic

● Ability to work effectively under pressure

● High-level problem-solving skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

● Professional phone manner

● A team player with a positive outlook

● Experience with Property Me software - highly regarded

● Knowledge and familiarity of the Hills District - highly regarded
