Since coming under new ownership, we have been investing heavily into our team, systems, technology, patient experience, and facilities. We have exciting plans for continued growth over the coming years and are looking for the right person to help lead that journey.

About The Role

This is far more than a traditional administrative Practice Manager position.

You will work closely with the Principal Dentist and become a key leader within the business.

You will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while also contributing to the bigger picture of where we are heading and how we get there.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and supporting the reception and clinical support teams.

• Driving accountability and team performance.

• Recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.

• Improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.

• Managing rosters, leave, and staffing requirements.

• Monitoring KPIs and business performance.

• Supporting patient experience initiatives.

• Assisting with practice growth projects and future expansion plans.

• Creating structure, consistency, and follow-through across the practice.
