Litigation/General Commercial lawyer

• You are either an experienced commercial litigation lawyer or a strong general commercial lawyer, with experience managing litigation matters
• You ideally have some franchising experience, though this is not essential
• You are comfortable liaising with external lawyers and a number of internal stakeholders
• You have the ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to the needs of a fast-moving in-house environment
• You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
• You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the organisation
• You have a current practising certificate
• You have the right to live and work in Australia
