We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Senior Property Manager to join our growing Property Management Department in Perth.

The Role:

• Take full ownership of a growing property management portfolio across Perth, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears with a proactive, client-first approach

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance from initial request through to completion

• Conduct outgoing inspections and finalise bond claims and refunds in a timely manner

• Prepare and attend SAT (State Administrative Tribunal) applications as required

• Prepare and submit landlord insurance claims with accuracy and attention to detail

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a minimum of 2-3 years Property Management experience, ideally with experience operating autonomously or managing a portfolio independently

• Is confident managing end-to-end property management processes with minimal oversight

• Has experience with property management software (PropertyMe, I Inspection Express or similar)

• Has sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (WA) and relevant legislation

• Holds a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (WA)

• Holds a current driver's licence
