Role OverviewReporting to the Group Executive Business Development, the Group Property Manager is responsible for managing the Flinders Port Holdings property portfolio, including complex multi-party land and property dealings, commercial lease negotiations, management of the compliance amongst users of port land, liaising with Government agencies, and managing the obligations of Flinders Ports Holdings as both Landlord and Tenant.
The Group Property Manager is accountable for contributing to the Master Plan, strategic planning across the Land and Property Portfolio, including optimisation and activation of land and property, acquisition/disposal, identifying property initiatives, whilst ensuring that all property matters are negotiated, maintained and effectively managed.
