The Opportunity

As the cleaner reporting to the Area Manager, you will undertake:

General cleaning includes sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and vacuuming
Disinfecting areas such as public spaces, meal rooms, offices, and bathrooms
Manual handling and lifting of equipment
Refilling consumables
Using a buffer, high-pressure washer, scrubber, and floor sweeper
Removal of rubbish
Use of chemicals for sanitising and disinfecting
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant will be suitably experienced and has:

Proven experience in working in a shopping centre
Reliable transport
Solid knowledge of cleaning and hygiene-related services
Good communication skills
A national criminal history check is required for this role (no more than three months old)
