Due to growth, they are seeking to add an additional commercial litigation solicitor. Dispute Resolution Team Led by top-tier partners, they manage a range of large and complex commercial litigation, disputes and regulatory investigations for a diverse corporate and high net worth client base. Their principal areas of practice are financial services, commercial property, insolvency and white-collar crime disputes. Position Description Your day-to-day involvement will see you working on a range of disputes and litigation, for example regulatory investigations, class actions, litigation in the Federal Court, and more. It is expected that you will take on a good level of autonomy and responsibility including having direct client contact and working closely with counsel. Requirements You will be a lawyer with 2 to 4 years' disputes and commercial litigation experience. In addition, you will have: strong technical skills with a high level of attention to detaila client-focused approachan eagerness to join a boutique and specialist disputes firm.
