Do you want to make a positive difference in people's lives? Are you a passionate and motivated Nurse looking to join a supportive and progressive team?

We are seeking a dedicated Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our family-friendly team. In this role you will work collaboratively with our Doctors, Nurses and other Healthcare Professionals to deliver exceptional, personalised care to our community.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct Patient Care: Performing health assessments, developing chronic disease management plans, assisting with minor procedures, childhood & adult immunisations, wound care, diagnostic testing (ECG, Spirometry, ABPI) and assisting patients to manage their chronic conditions.

  • Patient Education: Providing education and support to patients on various health topics, self-management strategies and chronic disease education.

  • Clinical Operations: Maintaining accurate and complete patient records and participation in clinical stock management. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines.

  • Communication and Teamwork: Building strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse

  • Has a current Working with Children Checks & Police clearance

  • Is able to work autonomously, prioritise workload and problem solve

  • Has excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Is dedicated to patient-centred care.

  • Is a team player with a warm, positive and proactive attitude.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

  • Experience using clinical software (Best Practice)

  • Understanding of quality improvement
