The Opportunity
UAA is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for the Claims Consultant in our Brisbane office. Reporting to the National Claims Manager, the Claims Consultant will join a skilled team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers. In this role, the Claims Consultant will manage a diverse range of mobile plant and machinery insurance claims, from inception to completion. The Claims Consultant will have significant autonomy to handle their workload and will work across key areas such as repairs, total loss, financial recovery, and litigation, all while helping customers mitigate loss.

Experience and Skills

• You have a minimum of 5 years in claims or a similar field
• Superior attention to detail and disciplined time management skills are essential.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in a similar role, customer service, or the mobile plant and equipment industry is a plus, but not essential. Familiarity with analytics tools and content optimisation.
• Ability to coordinate multi-faceted campaigns across UAA Group brands and business units.
