Role Description The Digital Content & Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Adelaide, SA, with flexibility to work some days from home. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on content creation. You’ll create content across a wide range of formats including social media, video, presentations, EDMs, websites, case studies and customer marketing assets. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore new technologies, experiment with AI-powered tools and help improve the way we create and deliver content. The role offers plenty of variety and a healthy mix of creativity, technology and problem-solving. You could find yourself creating social media content, editing a video, preparing a presentation, supporting a customer initiative and testing a new AI-powered workflow all in the same day. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and collaborate with team members across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Project Delivery and Product Development, giving you exposure to a broad range of business activities and opportunities to continue developing your skills. No prior BIM or building industry experience is required. We’ll help you learn that part. What We’re Looking ForWe’re less interested in whether you’ve worked in our industry before and more interested in your ability to create great content, learn quickly, and work well as part of a cross-functional team. You’ll likely bring:Strong content creation, communication and storytelling skills.The ability to create engaging written, visual and video content for technical and non-technical audiences.An eye for design, visual communication and content presentation.Confidence learning new software and technologies.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A high level of attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to continually learn.Experience creating content, marketing assets or digital communications in a professional environment.Experience with common digital marketing tools (e.g., CMS platforms, email marketing tools, social media management, and analytics platforms).Experience in campaign planning, content distribution, and basic SEO/SEM awareness. Bonus Points If You Have Experience With... Website content and design.LinkedIn marketing and social media management.Mailchimp, SendGrid or similar EDM platforms.HubSpot or other CRM platforms.Architecture, design, construction, manufacturing or technology-related industries.
